The Annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday November 22nd beginning at 1800. Invite Cards with our proposed slates for your incoming board and nominating committees are in the mail so be on the lookout for those.

 

We will begin the evening with some light food and beverages at 1800. The Club will provide Meat & Cheese Trays with Rolls and Beverages (Beer & Soda). Some of the board members have signed up to bring sides dishes. If you wish to show off your "world famous side" feel free to bring one to share.

 

After Dinner we will hold our annual meeting beginning at 1900. Various Board members will present progress and status updates to projects and areas under their leadership. The 10 Year Planning committee has also been reconstituted and will present progress towards our stated goals and their updated vision going forward for the club. Last on the agenda will be the election of your incoming board and nominating committee and any new business items that need to be discussed.
